Home

This is the first screen you see after you log in to your Quantive Results account. In the sub menu of your home screen you will now see any favorited items you have marked as favorites from other sections for easy access.

  • The Home Dashboard presents all the information most relevant to you and the teams you are a part of — At the top of your Home Dashboard you can create OKRs or tasks on the fly.

  • In the To-do section of the dashboard users can update any tasks, approve any pending OKRs, or fill out any Team Check-Ins.

*Note that Essentials customers will not have access to the To-do section as they do not have access to Tasks.

  • The My OKRs section contains a list of your active objectives and their key results in the current session. If you own a key result, but not the objective, you will see the key result only.

  • Here you can view your current OKRs progress, last update, change/view the OKR state, and update your OKRs.

  • In My teams' OKRs this section contains a list of your team's objectives and their key results. This includes teams that you are a member of or teams that you manage. There will be one section for each team that you are a member of or manage.

  • In Progress users can see the average progress for their teams across all open sessions for the last 14 days.

  • The session progress charts have the following indicators:

    • Myself - This displays the average progress of your OKRs.

    • My Teams - This displays the average progress of OKRs owned by teams you are a member of or manage.

    • Everyone - This displays the progress of the entire session.

The Performance report gives you a high-level overview of your organization’s OKRs and tasks’ ongoing progress.

The Process report provides insights describing how effectively your organization is at running the OKRs process.

You can use Reports (formerly Lists) to build a custom report of items and share it with others. You can create a custom report of objectives, key results, tasks, employees and teams.

Example: The following are some examples of the custom reports that you can create:

  • Key results that have not been updated over the past 3 weeks

  • OKRs of the executive team and it's members

  • OKRs with progress between 10% and 40%

  • Achieved Objectives

Insights

Creating dynamic key results allows you to automatically update your key results based on insights that are created from the data sources you have integrated with your Quantive Results account. For example, you can take the insight data gathered from your average open deal size in your Hubspot account and create a dynamic key result that is tied to a created objective within an open session that automatically updates based on your Hubspot data.

People

In the People section in Quantive Results users can:

Automation

You can use Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to save time by automating repetitive tasks. For example, instead of manually checking if someone is compliant with your organization’s OKR policies, automation helps you streamline the process, boosting productivity while reducing human errors.
