Question
In my account navigation menu when navigating to OKRs then selecting "All Sessions", there are several OKR sessions that are available for selection. How can I adjust that list? I'd like to be able to remove old ones.
Answer
The sessions list in the navigation menu is dynamic. Sessions appear there automatically if they meet the following criteria:
The session is active (status is Open or In Progress)
A session will stay in your All Sessions list until you change it's status to Archived.
For example, if your Q1 2023 session starts on January 1, 2023, it will automatically show up in "All Sessions" the moment you create the New Session. If you want to hide the Q4 2022 session immediately from the navigation, you can set its status to Archived.

โNOTE: Archived sessions will show up in your "All Sessions" list when the toggle to "Show archived sessions" is set to on.
