Problem

I keep getting Unexpected Error screen when updating a Key Result:

Cause

The most probable cause is an Adblocker software affecting some of the content Quantive Results tries to load on the screen. You can easily verify if that's the cause by disabling your adblocker temporarily and trying to update the KR in your Quantive Results account.

Solution

Add an exception to your Adblocker for Quantive.
