I have linked a Jira item to Quantive Results. Where can I find the link in Quantive Results, which will redirect me to this Jira item?

Once a Jira item is linked to an OKR, you can find it in Quantive Results, under the OKR it is linked to, shown as a task.

Click on:

3 dot menu to the right of the task (Jira item) > Show details > Click on the Status button, and you will find the link to Jira.
