Question: A user from my organization has changed their email address. How do I change that user's email-address in Quantive Results?
Solution:
The Quantive Results Support team can help you change the user's email in our systems.
For security reasons only an account admin or the user whose email has changed can request an email change.
You (or the account admin) must send the request as a support ticket in our support portal, or as an email to: support@quantive.com
Specify the current email address and the desired one we should change it to.
We will make the correction quickly and inform you when your request is done.
