Overview
Setting up а proper team structure allows Quantive Results to automatically create reports and assign permissions according to team members' roles and responsibilities in their organization.
Procedure
To create a team, perform the following:
In the navigation pane, Click People and click Teams.
In the toolbar, click Create team.
Enter a Name for the team.
If this team is under another team, under Parent team, click to manually enter
a team name, or choose from a list of Parent teams.
If this team has a manager, In the list of existing employees, click the manager.
If this team has members, In the list of existing employees, click one or more team members or search for a team member by typing their name in the field.
Enter a Description for the team.
The team is assigned a default avatar, if you want to change it, under Team avatar, click + Add team avatar.
Customize the team's avatar by selecting an icon and color or upload an image.
When finished, click Create team.
Result
The new team appears in the list of teams.
