Export OKRs to Excel

Overview

Gtmhub allows you to export OKR related date to an Excel file.
From Gtmhub, you can export the following:

• List of the OKRs of a session and their key results, together with all details.

• List of the OKRs of team members, together with their key results and attainment rates.

Export OKRs per session

Perform the following:

1. In the navigation pane, under OKRs, click All sessions.

2. Click the session whose OKRs you want to export.

3. In the toolbar, expand Settings and actions.

4. Click Export to Excel.

Result

The Excel file is created. It contains the following:

• The list of objectives together with its attributes

• The key results of the objectives, together with their attributes.

Export OKRs per team

Perform the following:

1. In the navigation pane, expand People.

2. Click Teams.

3. In the list of teams, click the team whose data you want to export.

4. In the upper-right corner, expand the menu.

5. Click Export to Excel.

Result

The Excel is created. It contains the following:

• The objectives assigned to the team members.

• The attainment rate of the objectives

• The owner of the objective.

• The key results of the objectives assigned to the team members.

• The attainment rate of the key results.
