Overview
The Whiteboards widget automatically provides you with quick access to the Whiteboards you viewed most recently and to the Whiteboards that were most recently shared with you.
NOTE: If the "Whiteboards" feature is not available in your plan OR if the "Whiteboards" feature has been disabled on the account level, then you will not see the Whiteboards widget.
Recently viewed
The last four Whiteboards that you have viewed are shown in the "Recently viewed" tab. The Whiteboard that you accessed most recently shows as the first one in the widget.
Shared with me
In the "Shared with me" tab, you can see Whiteboards that are accessible to you because they were specifically shared with you or because they are visible to everyone. The widget displays the four most recently edited such Whiteboards, with the one that was updated most recently appearing first.
