Overview
This capability suggests the best Key Results for your Objectives by using generative AI to analyze various factors and suggests Key Results most relevant to your Objective.

Enable Platform Intelligence
Platform Intelligence needs to be enabled for the account for this capability to be available. See How to Enable Platform Intelligence for details on enabling Platform Intelligence (PI).

View Suggested Key Results
To view suggestions for Key Results:
Open any Objective within an active session that you have the right to edit.
One way to do this is by clicking on the "OKRs" tab in the navigation menu and selecting the Objective you want to work on.
There are two places where you can access the suggestions:
Scroll down to the "Progress" section.
There, you see up to 3 suggested Key Results based on whether or not any Key Results have already been created for that Objective. You can tell suggestions apart from actual Key Results by their dashed outline, the suggestion icon, and the fact that on hover, the "Suggest Another" and "Add this Suggestion" buttons appear for the suggestion.
Click on the “Suggestions” button in the top right corner of the Objective
Click on the “All suggestions” tab. There, you see up to 3 suggested Key Results based on whether or not any Key Results have already been created for that Objective. If 3 Key Results were already created, you would not see the “Key Results” section in the “All Suggestions tab”.
ℹ︎ The inline Key Result suggestions within the OKR details view are the same as those in the “All suggestions” tab on the Suggestions side panel. Any action taken on a suggestion, no matter where it is located, is reflected on the same suggestion inline or in the side panel, respectively.
Accept Suggested Key Result
To accept a suggestion for a Key Result:
Click on the "Add this Suggestion" button within the suggestion card, either inline or in the “All suggestions” tab on the Suggestions side panel. The suggestion is then converted into an actual Key Result and is added to the Objective, and you can start working on it immediately. Accepting a suggested Key Result either inline or from the Suggestions side panel removes this suggestion from the side panel.
Suggest Another Key Result
If you don't like any of the suggested Key Results, you can refresh them. To do so, click on the "Suggest Another" button for any of the Key Result suggestions either inline or in the “All suggestions” tab in the Suggestions side panel, and a new one will replace that suggestion.
Check Details of AI-generated Key Result
Once you have accepted a Key Result, you can open it to see its details.
To do so, click on the Key Result title to open its details view. You can see that the Key Result description, target values, and other parameters are already automatically pre-filled based on the Key Result title and owner.
