Overview

Activity history allows monitoring of user activity in the Quantive platform. This gives insights into who has created/updated/deleted, etc. items. Thus any change that happened within an account can be traced. Activity history also has advanced filtering options that allow finding specific items quickly.

Prerequisites

You should have an admin role (system role) assigned in order to access the Activity history.

How to use the Activity history

  1. Navigate to Account Settings

  2. Navigate to Activity history from the menu

  3. By default, the filters are set to show logs from today's date

  4. You can change the filters to search by date range, item's name, item's type (e.g. Objective, KPI, Notification settings), Action (e.g, create, update, delete, installed), and user (users and teams)

  5. Results can be sorted by date

  6. Columns can be managed by re-ordering them or excluding specific columns

5. Click on items' names in the table to navigate to the item in Gtmhub

6. If you don't have permission to view/edit a specific item it appears as Private

7. For updated items click on View details under changes to explore what happened. For some items with more complex changes, they can be further explored as a DIFF file.
