Overview

The Recent Section in the New Navigation provides quick links to a user’s recently accessed OKR Sessions, KPI Groups, Whiteboards, Reports (prev. called Lists), Insightboards, People, and Teams. The Recent Items will be unique and private to the individual users.

Where is the Recent Section?

To find and start using the Recent Section please make sure that:

✅ You have the New Navigation Experience enabled for your account.

❗The Recent Section is only available if you're using the New Gtmhub Experience, which is currently in Beta. To try it out, please get in touch with our team using the Intercom chat in the lower right corner. If you’re unsure which version of the navigation you’re using, please refer to the below screenshot to find out.

✅You have expanded the sidebar of the New Navigation.

You are looking at one of the main navigation screens of Quantive Results that support the Recent Section.

The screens that support the Recent Section are OKR Sessions, KPIs, Whiteboards, Reports (prev. called Lists), Insightboards, and People.

❗The Recent Section is not available on the Home and Task screens.

💾 Remember, the Recent Section will be unique and private to each user but the logic behind it is the same.

Working with Recent Items

By clicking on the ellipsis menu of a Recent Item, users can perform one of the following actions:

  • Click on the item to access it.

  • Open the item in a new browser tab.

  • Copy a sharable link to the item.

  • Add the item to their Favourites Section.

  • Remove a Recent Item from the List.

How does the Recent Section work? What will be visible to a user?

Depending on the user’s location in the product the Recent Section contents will vary. When a user is on the Session’s screen – the section will include only recent Sessions. When a user is on the Report’s screen – the section will include only recent Reports. This applies to the rest of the main screens with a Recent Section – please see the full list of screens and their recent items below:

  • Sessions Screen – will show Sessions recently accessed by the user.

  • KPIs Screen – will show KPI Groups recently accessed by the user.

  • Whiteboards Screen - will show Whiteboards recently accessed by the user.

  • Reports (prev. called Lists) Screen - will show Reports recently accessed by the user.

  • Insightboards Screen - will show Insightboards recently accessed by the user.

  • People Screen - will show Teams and People recently accessed by the user.

❗Each Recent Section will include the items that the user accessed in the last 15 days, listed chronologically, with the most recent showing on top.

Recent Section Specifics

  • Any items that are part of a user’s Favourite Section will not show up under the Recent Section, even if the user has recently accessed those same items.

  • On the People Product Screen – the Recent Section will show teams and individual users.

  • Each Recent Section will show up to 10 total items at a time.

  • The list of recent items will be sorted by the date accessed – showing the most recently accessed items at the top.
