In the fourth quarter of 2020, our software evolved with unprecedented speed. We improved the time to find what you’re looking for by 20x with Gtmhub’s seamless search functionality. We enabled you to add more granularity and achieve desired outcomes with Tasks for KRs. This quarter, we'll continue with our obsessive attention to detail to improve user experience through micro-interactions and add more valuable features to support you in succeeding with OKRs. Below are the main areas we'll focus on:

Uniform filters across the platform.

Use case: Creating a filter (e.g. In the OKRs grid), saving it, and then re-using it in Lists or Alignment will save you tons of time, especially when switching between collections of multiple owners.

Status: ✅ Done

Team updates.

Use case: Enjoyed the KR timeline? Well, you will love this one – easy access to your teams’ updates directly on your Home screen. This is transparency at its finest: you will be able to track Key Results progress, showcase to senior leaders what you’ve been focusing on and celebrate all wins.

Status: ⚪️ Postponed

Azure AD and HRIS integrations.

Use case: Q4 saw the release of automatic user de-provisioning, as well as user mapping by teams. This quarter you’ll have the ability to automatically provision (in addition to SSO) and map teams in a hierarchy. This will enable you to scale with OKRs rapidly, all the while preserving time and effort.

Status: ⚪️ Postponed

@mention, everywhere.

Use case: What of improving collaboration? @mentioning people in all text-area fields (e.g. descriptions, custom fields, approval workflow comments) encourages smooth communication across all aspects of an OKR journey – from setting OKRs to discussing Task deliverables.

Status: ✅ Done

Reactions, everywhere. 🚀 🙌

Use case: You’ll be able to react with emojis to all comments in Gtmhub. Emoji reactions are not only a quick way to show appreciation, acknowledgment, or support but also quite a fun one. Emojis help people bond, which is especially beneficial when most team communication is not face-to-face.

Status: ✅ Done

Draft OKRs on a whiteboard.

Use case: Teams will be able to draft their OKRs on a private whiteboard and visualize everything they do in real-time. The whiteboard serves as a booster for your collaborative processes – brainstorming your OKRs (using sticky notes, comments, or attachments), aligning, and publishing them once they’re ready.

Status: ✅ Done

Favorites.

Use case: We all have favorites, don’t we? Gtmhub favorites will allow you to star ⭐️ anything you want for quick access and quickly find it when you need it most.

Status: ⚪️ Postponed

Smart session navigation.

Use case: Feeling overwhelmed with multiple active sessions? No need to be, even if you have 50 at once. You’ll be able to quickly access the most relevant sessions for you in the left-side menu as the rest are just a click away.

Status: ⚪️ Postponed

RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for Key results.

Use case: Gtmhub will enable you to trigger RPAs based on Key result properties such as “Last updated”. What if you wanted to notify every owner of a KR that was last updated 20 days ago? Gtmhub’s RPA will take care of it.

Status: ✅ Done

All-new, smart user selector.

Use case: Save your precious time and effortlessly find the people you are looking for – either by smart suggestions or simply typing and hitting ‘Enter’.

Status: ⚪️ Postponed

Export custom reports.

Use case: Download an appealing, approachable, and easy-to-skim version of your custom report to share with other leaders. You'll soon be able to automate this too.

Status: ✅ Done

Brand new, Insight API.

Use case: Getting cached results of Insights through an API will allow you to use Gtmhub’s open REST API infrastructure and connect with other systems like Power BI. Showcasing reports that incorporate data from other systems is now a walk in the park for your data team.

Status: ✅ Done

Engagement reports.

Use case: Aren’t we all always thirsty for more insight? Gtmhub’s new engagement reports reveal how Gtmhub impacts your organization with broadcasted learnings, silos broken, and more. In addition, the now available Gtmhub usage patterns will help you find teams or individuals that require attention or training.

Status: ⚪️ Postponed

Align Objectives to Key results.

Use case: Big goals inspire. But to achieve them, we need to break them down into more manageable chunks. That's why you’ll now be able to calculate your objective progress based on its KRs and child objectives, as well as align objectives to Key results.

Status: ✅ Done
