Insightboards are a centralized hub for accessing and managing your Insights. They are a repository for your Insights and a place where you can combine your data in various ways.
To create, edit or delete Insightboards, as a user you would need the data or admin system roles assigned or simply have a custom role that includes the "Manage data" user role permission.
