Overview

The Quantive Marketplace has predefined insights that can help you in making sure that your team is following the OKR process that you have defined for them. Insights will go over OKR design scores, making sure OKRs are aligned, an overview on the types of key results in your instance, count of how many OKRS your users and teams own, as well as seeing an overview on where OKRs are in the approval process.

These Insights use Quantive Results data and can be used as well in powering your key results to update automatically to create dynamic key results.

OKRs Design Score

This insight is used to show the average design score of your OKRs as well as the design score for each OKR and which team that OKR belongs to.

This insight is filterable by session(s), team(s), and the overall OKR design score can be used to create a dynamic key result.

Boolean vs all Key Results

This insight is used to show the percentage of all the Boolean key results you have in your instance.

This insight is filterable by session(s), team(s), and can be used to create a dynamic key result.

Number of KRs per Objective breakdown

This insight is used to show the counts of key results in an objective, for example as shown below we have zero objectives that have no key results in our instance.

This insight is filterable by session(s), team(s), and can be used to create a dynamic key result.

Key Results types breakdown

This insight is used to show the counts of all types of key results in your instance.

This insight is filterable by session(s), team(s), and can be used to create a dynamic key result.

Key Results by Target Operators

This insight is used to show the counts of all types of targets you have set for your key results in your instance as well as the percentage of those types you have.

This insight is filterable by session(s), team(s), and can be used to create a dynamic key result.

Approved OKRs

This insight is used to show the percentage of approved OKRs vs all OKRs in the selected session(s).

This insight is filterable by session(s), team(s), and can be used to create a dynamic key result.

OKRs Approval Workflow

This insight is used to show how many OKRs you have in each status of the workflow. approval process.

This insight is filterable by session(s), team(s), and can be used to create a dynamic key result.

Aligned OKRs

This insight is used to show the percentage of OKRs that are aligned under another OKR as well as the number of aligned OKRs and the total number of OKRS.

Objectives & Key Results Count per Teams

This insight is used to show how many objectives and key results each of your teams have.

Objectives without KRs

This insight is used to show the total number and list of Objectives that have no key results defined.
