Linking Objectives or Key Results allows you to support an Objective or Key Result from different sessions without being aligned with it.

One Objective or Key Result can support many others, so you can establish multiple relationships. Furthermore in order to emphasize on the type of relationship, you can chose from the a of linking options: relates to, blocked by, blocks, supported by, supports, continuation of and precedes.

For more information, see Aligning vs linking objectives.

Perform the following:

  1. In the navigation pane, under OKRs, click All sessions.

  2. Click the session where the Objective that you want to link is located.

  3. Click the Objective that you want to link.

  4. In Related items section, click + Add item. A list of recently visited Objectives and Key Results appears. This includes My Objectives, My Team Objectives, My Parent Team Objectives, and other OKRs.

  5. Click the Objective which you want to link the current Objective to.

The linked Objective or Key Result appears in section Related items.

If you open the other Objective, the current one appears in its Related items section and is listed as supported by.
