Prerequisites
To change a team’s avatar, you must be an administrator.
Procedure
Perform the following:
In the navigation pane, click on People then click Teams.
Click the team whose avatar you want to change.
Once your on the team profile page, click on the team avatar.
Here you can create an avatar, or upload a picture from your computer.
Once the new avatar is created or selected click Apply.
The avatar is then updated with your new selection.
