Overview
Good objectives are qualitative and inspirational. On the other hand, key results are quantitative - they answer the question How do we know we met our objective?
To simplify your process of creating good OKRs and then track them with meaningful insights that power your key results, you can use the Quantive marketplace.
The Quantive Marketplace has predefined insights that can facilitate you in tracking your OKR process. They can serve as a basis or as examples for your insights.
A Quantive insight visualizes specific data from Quantive Results or another integrated system, based on SQL queries and HTML markup. In the Marketplace, you can download insights without having to write a single line of code.
You can then automate your OKRs by using insights to power your key result updates automatically.

Procedure
To install OKRs, perform the following:
In the navigation bar, click the Marketplace icon.
The Quantive Marketplace appears.
On the Marketplace page, click on the Templates tab, then click on "Insights".
A list of all predefined insights appears. You can view a description for each insight.
You search for Insights by using the "Search by data source" field or the "Search by name" field.
When you choose an insight that suits your company objectives, click the "Select" button. The insight is selected for installation.
When finished, in the toolbar, click "Show selected insights".
For each selected insight, select the insightboard where you want to install the selected insight.
Click "Install" The insights are installed in the selected insightboard.
Click "Go to insightboard" to go directly to your selected Insightboard, or click "Keep Browsing" to view more insights from the Quantive Marketplace.
Result
The selected insights appear in the desired insightboard. You can tailor the insight queries and presentation.

NOTE: If you install an insight from the Marketplace, but the business system is not connected, you see a label on the insight that This Insight is not connected yet. To connect the system, click the label.
