Here's a short overview of all the insights that the "Quantive as a Data Source" reporting feature comes with.

  • Aligned OKRs = the percentage of OKRs that are aligned in your account (97/183 = 0.53005464 ~ 53%), e.g. how many OKRs have parent OKR. The number of all OKRs in your account (183), and the number of all OKRs that are aligned (97). You can filter by session and see the Alignment percentage per session.  

  • KRs updated in Current Cadence = the percentage of KRs updated in current cadence, all KRs, and the number of KRs that are updated. If there are more than one active sessions for the current period, you can filter per session and see the number of updated KR for specific session(s) only. 

  • Sessions progress = all the sessions in your Quantive account and a basic information - status, timeframe, average progress.

  • OKRs Progress List = how well are employees in your account progressing towards achieving their OKRs. By default the report shows information for all sessions and OKRs assigned to every employee and you can filter by session(s) or employee(s) to see more specific statistic.

  • Sessions Progress = a list of all Session(s) with their status, time-frame and progress. Filterable by session(s) and team(s) with their member(s) as objective owners.

  • All Key Results in a Session= list of all Key results with their progress per session. You can filter by session(s) and owner(s) to get more specific information. 

  • Users Without a Team = Users that are not members of a team. Filterable by team(s) with their members to check sub-team membership.

  • KRs Updated count per team =How many times teams have updated their KRs for the selected sessions. You can filter by session(s) and team(s). 

  • % of KRs updated by cadence = Percentage and counts for Key Results updated in each cadence. You can filter by session(s) and team(s) and their members.


  • KRs not Updated in Current cadence = KRs not been updated in the current cadence and who is responsible for updating them. List does not show KRs with attainment more than 100 %. If there are more than one active sessions for the current period, you can filter per session and see the number of updated KR for specific session(s) only. Owner filter is also active for this report.
