Learn how to share links to your OKRs with your teammates

Overview

Generating a shareable link to specific OKRs or KRs allows you and your teammates to easily reference specific OKRs and KRs in your account. Being able to share specific OKRs or KRs fast makes it easier for teams to align their OKRs, increase communication around progress, and simplify collaboration.

Prerequisites

To be able to share a link to an objective or key result, the people that you want to share with must have access to the same account.

Procedure

To share a link, perform the following:

  1. In the navigation pane, under OKRs, click All sessions.

  2. Click the session where the Objective or KR that you want to share is located.

  3. Either locate the Objective or KR to open its details page or find it in the Alignment view screen. In either place, then click the 3 dots menu

  4. Click 'Copy URL'

  5. The link is copied to the clipboard.

  6. Paste and send the newly generated link.
