Overview
The system user role Data grants permissions related to Quantive Result’s features tied to the overall data management in the software - from creating custom Insightboards (to display data) to managing external data sources and their visibility in the software. Being a system role means it is a predefined role that cannot be edited or deleted.
What permissions are included?
The system user role Data has the following permissions set:
Access Insightboards
Manage data
Access KPIs
Manage KPIs
Access Reports and parameters from data sources
Create Tags
Manage Tasks
Manage Whiteboards
Award Badges
View Data role permissions
Perform the following:
In the bottom of the navigation pane, click Settings.
Under the Users section select the Users tab.
In the toolbar, click Manage roles.
Click the Data role.
The data role permissions set appears.
NOTE: The data role is a system role and you cannot modify its permissions.
