When you enable approval workflow, you must appoint at least one reviewer per session.

You can assign more than one reviewer, but the default is set to the minimum of one.

You can increase this minimum number to two.


To be able to change the minimum number of reviewers in the workflow, you must be an account administrator.


Perform the following:

  1. In the navigation pane, under OKRs, click All sessions.

  2. Expand the menu of the session whose reviewers you want to change.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. In Workflow dropdown box, select Each OKR should be approved by 2 people.

  5. You can also disallow owners to approve their own OKRs by unchecking the option. That would mean:

    • if OKRs are owned by employees - excludes the owner from the list of approvers

    • if OKRs are owned by teams - excludes the team members from the list of approvers

  6. Click save session.


When users are sending their OKR for approval, they need to appoint at least two reviews. This is indicated by displaying two avatars in the toolbar of the OKR.
