Learn how to check the list of tags that are already created

Overview

Using tags gives you flexibility in terms of classifying objectives or key results and being able to tailor custom performance statistics.

Tags are also useful way to connect people and teams around common initiatives and facilitate collaboration.


Procedure

Perform the following:

  1. In the navigation pane, under OKRs, click All sessions.

  2. Click any session in status Open.

  3. In the toolbar, click on Actions.

  4. Click on Tag. All tags, already created in the account, appear on the right.

NOTE: You can add a new tag, by clicking Add new tag, entering the name of the tag and pressing ENTER. After that, in order for the tag to be saved, you will need to drag and drop it to an objective or key result highlighted in blue of the current session that you're in.

To delete or archive a tag from your Quantive Account, Users with the user role permissions - Create tags + Manage account setup - can access the "Tag Management" page in Settings>System>Tag Management.

Then use the ellipses menu to archive or delete a tag.
