Overview

To help with the transitioning between OKR sessions, learn how to find and review an archived OKR session in Quantive Results.

As part of the transitioning between OKR periods, you may want to archive the session that has expired and created a new one. However, you may need to access the data from the archived sessions.

The most common reason, for example, is to compare the performance of a team or individual in the course of the year.

Procedure

To access an archived session, perform the following:

  1. In the navigation pane, under OKRs, click All sessions.
The list of all sessions appears.

  2. At the top right of the All Sessions page toggle on "Show Archived sessions".

  3. Archived sessions will now show in your All sessions list as archived. You can edit an archived session by clicking on the three dot ellipses menu and clicking edit.

Here you can edit the session timeframe, status, and permissions to re-open the session if needed.
