Working with a list of objectives is a lot more enjoyable with the easy filtering and sorting options that Quantive Results provides.

Sort a column in the objectives list view

To sort in your objectives list view (grid view), go to OKRs in your navigation then click on All Sessions, then open any of your sessions, click on "Sorting" option in the above tool bar. Here you can sort by Progress, Objective name, Description, OKR-Design score or Number of Key Results click on "Add sorting" to add additional sorting options to the field.

Sorting can come in handy on your weekly OKR retrospectives.
You can first use filter to list by Team & Team members using the Filter functionality.

Then using sorting and sorting by progress will allow you to see which objectives need you and your team's urgent attention.

Or at the beginning of your OKR period, you may have a custom column to indicate whether an OKR is reviewed and approved by your manager, like in the example below.

Here we have created a custom OKR field called OKR Status. This way owners can choose from Draft, Live, or Not approved status for their objectives.

The OKR status is enabled by clicking on "Columns" then check marking the custom field created called "OKR status". The OKR Status column now appears in the session.

Managers can easily sort by viewing the OKR status column in the session and see the objectives that haven't been reviewed and approved yet, marked with Draft.
