Overview
Badges are a way of recognizing colleagues for their effort and the value they bring. Use Quantive Results to recognize achievements.
Quantive Results comes with a gallery of 10 predefined badges that you can install and award. You can also create your own badges.
To follow through with the actions in this article you will need the "Manage badges" user role permission.
Install predefined badges
To install the whole gallery of predefined badges, perform the following:
In the navigation pane, click on Settings.
Under the Users section, Click Badges.
In the toolbar, click Install from gallery.
Click Install.
The badges appear in the Badges section.
Create badges
To construct a new badge, perform the following:
In the navigation pane, click on Settings.
Under the Users section, Click Badges.
In the toolbar, click Create badge.
Enter the Name of the badge. For example, enter Visionary.
In Background, select the color from the palette.
In Icon, select the symbol from the gallery.
In Pattern, select the background pattern.
Click Create badge.
