Overview

When the time arises that a team member's access should be removed, you have the flexibility to choose what is done with their historical information.

Deactivate versus Delete a user

If you select to Delete a user, you will remove their access and all records for that user.

If you select to Deactivate a user, the user will lose access to the account. This will free up one license and they won't be able to be added as owners of any items. However, their historical data will still be shown in the Quantive platform.

Deactivated users are hidden by default to keep your Quantive account focused on active users and relevant information. You will find options to toggle on or off these users when you would like to view data from deactivated users.

Filtering deactivated users

For deactivated users whose historical data still exists, you can toggle on or off viewing these users within filters.
