Overview
One of the most common pitfalls when starting with OKRs is to commit more than feasible. Many organizations choose to reduce the number of OKRs per employee as part of their OKRs implementation.
Quantive Results allows you to set limits on the number of objectives that a user can own. This way you prevent team members from owning more OKRs than feasible.
Prerequisites
To set limits on OKR ownership, you must be an administrator or have permissions to access the account settings.
Procedure
Perform the following:
In the bottom of the navigation pane, click Settings.
Under the System section select Methodology.
In Max Objectives per Owner section, enter the number of maximum objectives that a user can own. The number must be a positive integer.
Click Save.
NOTE: If you leave the field empty, there is no limit applied to the number of objectives that a user can own.
