Navigating the "Plans" Section in Quantive

The Plans section in Quantive is designed to streamline the planning process by providing tools for collaboration, analysis, and goal-setting.

Accessing the Plans Section

To access the Plans section:

  1. Navigate to the main menu on Quantive.

  2. Click on Plans in the navigation bar.

  3. You will see three sub-navigation options: Whiteboards, Decisions, and OKR Suggestions.

Whiteboards

Whiteboards are collaborative spaces designed for brainstorming, aligning, and reflecting on ideas and goals. They allow teams to visually organize ideas and communicate effectively throughout the OKR process. For detailed guidance, refer to Working with Whiteboards.

Decisions

Decisions support users in analyzing and planning for their next execution period. Here's how it works:

  • Begin by entering a prompt describing what you'd like to achieve.

  • Upload up to 10 files (maximum size: 50MB per file). Supported formats include PDF, TXT, and PPTX.

  • The AI analyzes your prompt, account data, and uploaded files to provide actionable guidelines tailored to your objectives.

  • Use predefined prompts or craft custom queries to generate OKRs, KPIs, or plans.

  • Responses can be seamlessly inserted into a Whiteboard for further collaboration.

This feature empowers users to make informed decisions by combining their input with AI-driven insights.

OKR Suggestions

The OKR Suggestions wizard simplifies the process of creating objectives and key results:

  1. Start with a prompt describing your goals.

  2. Upload relevant files for context.

  3. Follow a step-by-step workflow:

    • AI suggests Objectives, which you can edit.

    • AI proposes Key Results (KRs), also editable.

    • Finalize your plan on a Whiteboard for stakeholder collaboration.

This guided approach ensures that users can efficiently draft high-quality OKRs while leveraging AI recommendations.
