We are excited to introduce the new KPI experience, which has been refocused to be user-centered, smoothly operated, and visually pleasing.
This update introduces a suite of features designed to streamline the management and monitoring of KPIs, ensuring better strategic alignment and decision-making.
The revamped KPIs page will be available to all customers for Beta Testing from March 2025 until the beginning of May.
Each account admin can toggle the new look and functionalities for selected or all users through a newly available Beta Toggle.
What's new
The redesigned KPI page offers an intuitive interface that makes KPI tracking accessible to all users, regardless of technical expertise. Our new interface allows you to easily filter, sort, and search KPIs, providing faster access to insights that drive informed decisions.
Filters
Easily filter KPIs by owner or tag selectors. Utilize our enhanced search to find what you're looking for more efficiently, and choose a specific time period to refine your data as needed.
KPI Tags
With this release, we’re introducing Tags to help you better organize and categorize your KPIs. Tags provide a more flexible way to structure your KPIs, making it easier to filter, sort, and manage them at scale.
As part of this update, KPI groups have been deprecated and automatically migrated to tags. This ensures a seamless transition without data loss.
To create a structured view similar to KPI groups, users can now group the KPI grid by tag, allowing for better organization and visibility.
KPIs Grid
Streamlined table functionality, grouping by multiple parameters, and enriched column selection. Power up your productivity with bulk actions like assignment and quick tag additions.
Saved and Shared views
KPI views are now available so you can save and share them across users and teams to promote transparency and alignment. This collaborative approach ensures that all stakeholders have access to the metrics that matter, fostering a unified direction towards organizational goals.
Enabling the Beta
All admins can activate the redesigned KPI page beta experience through the beta toggle in
Settings> System Settings> Features> Early Access> KPI 2.0 -> Selection of Users.
