As part of Quantive's effort for Product Simplification, we are excited to introduce the new OKR Grid and Filtering Experience. Designed to enhance user interaction and deliver a higher quality experience, the new Objectives page will be available to all customers for Beta Testing from January 2025 until March 10th.

Through a newly available Beta Toggle, each account admin will be able to toggle the new look and functionalities for selected or all users.

All users will be automatically migrated to the new view on March 10th.

The OKR module now includes quick and advanced filters for efficient searching. The owner filter accurately suggests teams and users. Columns can be sorted easily, and actions can be performed on multiple OKRs at once. The design and session selection have been simplified for ease of use.

Start quickly and easily with just 'Session' and 'Objective owner' selectors. Find what you need faster with our improved search, and tailor your experience with options from our 'More' section.

Discover better control with enhanced filters, including options to manage archived sessions and user statuses. Apply precise selection criteria using text, date, and number fields, or combine filters with AND/OR logic. Easily reset or save your settings for future use.

Streamlined table functionality, and enriched column selection. Power up your productivity with bulk actions like assignment and deletion, quick tag additions, and the ease of exporting to Excel.

OKR Views and Filters have been seamlessly migrated to the new look and are ready to be explored without violating user access. Authorised beta program participants can save, adjust, and share views. Views for non-beta users remain unchanged, and visibility is limited to compatible changes made by beta users.

All admins can activate the redesigned OKR Grid and filtering beta experience through the beta toggle in

Settings> System Settings> Features> Early Access> New OKR Grid -> Selection of Users.
