This page describes how to search for OKRs in the OKR Grid and the Alignment view. Any user can search for OKRs, although they will only see issue results to which they have access.

Quick and Advanced Filters
Users can specify their search criteria in two distinct ways: quick filters or advanced filters.
Quick filters are the fastest method to set search criteria, offering a user-friendly interface with various options.
Advanced filters offer greater flexibility in defining search criteria by granting access to additional filtering options, groups, and operators.
Quick Filters:
In the quick filters, users can filter by:
Sessions
Objective owner
KR owner
Watchers
OKR State
Approval status
OKR Design score
Tags
Progress
Confidence
Custom fields from type multi-select and single select
Quick search in the name and the description of the Objectives and Key Results
Advanced Filters:
In the quick filters, users can filter by:
Sessions
Objective owner
KR owner

OKR State

In the Advanced Filters, users can also enable the showing of deactivated users/teams and archived sessions.
Change the view of the search results in the grid
The OKR Grid allows you to adapt how the search results are displayed. It supports the following options:
Sort
Wrap
Resize
Drag and drop columns
Freeze
Show / Hide columns
Sort the search results in the Alignment view
Working with the search results in the grid
Users can perform the following actions with the search results:
View an Objective or KR details: Click on the row.
Export the search results to Excel: Click the three dots next to the view name and select Export to Excel.

βBulk modify Objectives and Key Results: Select the items you want to change and choose one of the bulk options: Assign, Tag, Delete.

Save your search
If you frequently run the same OKR search, you can save it as an OKR View. This saves you from having to manually redefine the search criteria every time. You can learn more about OKR Views here.
