In Quantive Results, KPIs provide real-time, always up-to-date information available for analysis and action. Sometimes, manually adding KPI values might result in an incorrect entry. This article guides you through the process of reviewing and deleting incorrect KPI values.
Prerequisites
To be able to delete a KPI update you must:
Be the KPI update owner (the user who entered that value) or have the admin role assigned to you
Control the allowed actions by the permission roles:
"Edit and delete own updates" - define if a user should be able to delete the updates created by him/her
"Manage KPI updates" - allow other users to be able to delete other people's updates.
How to delete a KPI update
To delete a KPI entry, follow these steps:
In your account, navigate to the KPIs screen
Click on the name of the KPI to open the details screen
On the details screen, click on the Updates icon (stopwatch) in the upper right corner
On the list of updates that shows up, click on the 3 dots for any update that you want to delete, and then select the Delete option
By default you will see all updates to the KPI sorted by the most recent shown first. Optionally, you can switch to the My updates tab, so you can see only the updates made by your user.
