Learn how to use the filtering functionality in Quantive Results

Overview

We have implemented a number of new UX and filter changes within the platform, to give you the ability to pinpoint the data you are looking for. Scroll down to the respective area to see how we have improved the filterability and findability of the areas which matter most to you.

OKRS

OKRs Grid – Filters

You can now filter by:

  • Multiple sessions

  • Objective owner

  • Teams and their members

  • Teams and their subgroups

  • Tags

  • Last updated

  • OKR-design score

  • KR owner

  • OKR Name

  • Progress

  • Custom Fields

OKRs Grid – Sort

You can now sort by:

  • Multiple sorting criteria - Objective name, Owner, Progress, Description, OKR-design score, Number of Key Results

  • Custom fields

  • Re-sort by ascending and descending

OKRs Alignment – Filter

You can now filter by:
Objective owner

  • Session

  • Objective Owner - Individual Owner, Teams, Teams and their members, Teams and their subgroups, My Teams

  • KR owner

  • OKR Name

  • Tags

  • Progress

  • Last updated

  • OKR-design score

  • Start Date

  • Custom Fields

OKRs Alignment – Sorting

You can now sort by:

  • Objective name

  • Owner

  • Progress

  • OKR-design score

  • Re-sort by ascending and descending


Reports

Reports – Filter

For Process and Performance reports, users can filter by:

  • Session - or multiple sessions

  • Teams and People

  • In the All Reports section (formerly lists in Gtmhub) users can now create custom reports and filter by specific criteria, see examples below on what custom reports users can create within Quantive Results Reports.

  • For Key Results showing progress lower than 50% users will filter by:

  • Show me - Key Results

  • Session

  • Owners

  • Progress - is lower than - 50

  • For achieved objectives in a session users will filter by:

  • Show me - Objectives

  • Session

  • Objective owner

  • Progress - equals to - 100

  • For a list of To-do tasks by owner and session users will filter by:

  • Show me - Tasks

  • Session

  • Objective owner

  • Progress - equals to - To-do


SETTINGS

Users – Filter

You can now filter by:

  • Name

  • E-mail

  • Teams

  • Role

Users – Sort

You can now sort by:

  • First name

  • Re-sort by ascending and descending


PEOPLE

Employees - Filter

You can now filter by:

  • Name

  • E-mail

  • Teams

Employees - Sort

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Re-sort by ascending and descending

Teams – Filter

You can now filter by:

  • Name

  • Status

Teams – Sorting

You can now filter by:

  • Name

  • Members count

  • Re-sort by ascending and descending


PERSISTENT FILTERS

In conjunction with the above improvements, we have also enabled persistent filters. Filters are now automatically saved on a given screen and will restore on login or return to the page in which they were implemented. This feature is automatically enabled in all accounts.
